    飞利浦就负责开发了大部分盘片和激光技术，索尼则负责数字编码技术。CD的设计灵感来自老式的乙烯基唱片，其革新性在于采用了0、1编码，利用激光扫描来读取光盘内容，这样CD唱片的音质永远也不会下降。

In 1980s, as the important research results of Sony and Philips. The earliest CD pressing plant was made in West Germany and Japan, and the 3 big brands’ CD including Polygram were all tableted in West Germany.

   Philips was responsible for the development of the most discs and laser technology, Sony is responsible for digital coding technology. CD’s design inspiration is from old vinyl records, its innovation lies in using 0,1 coding, using laser scanner to read the contents of the disc, and the sound quality will never fall.
