音乐盒圆筒唱片

圆筒旋转，通过安装在圆筒上的针拨动梳齿演奏音乐。世界上最古老的八音盒就是按此原理制作的。

    一般音乐盒的圆筒都用铜制，但超过72针以上的圆筒都用纯银铸造，配合硬度和密度够高的榉树、雀眼木等木料制造的盒身，音质更雄厚浑圆。

编曲者先将旋律进行转换，据此确定圆筒上打孔的位置布局，然后使用特殊的机器在圆筒上打孔，随后将细如银针粗细的钢丝植入小孔中，然后将其截断，留下的部分就成为了圆筒上的钢针。

最后，由另外一位工匠对每根圆筒进行检查后，为了保证最好的音质将树脂灌入圆筒内加以固定。

Equipment introduction:

The world's oldest music box was made according to the principle which pins struck combs installing on the cylinder when the cylinder rotating to play music. 

Cylinder in general music box was generally made of copper, but cylinder with more than 72 pins was made of silver, box body was made of beech of enough hardness and density, so the quality was more abundant.

Arrangers converted rhythms first, and determined the holes position distribution on cylinder, and then used special machines to punch on cylinder, then implanted steel wires into holes and cut them, left parts became the needle.

At last, another craftsman would check every cylinder, to ensure the best sound quality, resin was then injected into the cylinder to fix.
